The Death Of Liberty In America And The Coming Destruction

What now stands in New York Harbor is the symbol of freedom and liberty, the Statue of Liberty.  With pride, the United States has pushed freedom and liberty around the world.  Blessed by God, established in the truth of His Word and solidly planted in the foundation of godly principles and beliefs, the United States became a lighthouse to evangelize the world and a home for the Jews of the world.  God did this, now I wonder… was this a final push, a latter rain, a final outpouring of His Spirit before judgment and the return of Christ?

Look around you now.  What is happening to that liberty?  What has happened to that foundation that was built on godly principles and beliefs?  Where is that truth and how has it been removed from our schools, courts, and government?

God took me back.  He reminded me of a vision given to an evangelist years ago when things looked so good and prosperity was still in full bloom.  It was a vision of the statue of liberty being given a cup with a sword in it to replace the torch that was shining for the world to see.  I didn’t understand the vision then.  The statue was forced to drink the cup and swallow the sword.  After drinking from the cup a cloud covered the US and the statue then coughed and choked and died and across America people gasping and coughing died until it was quiet.  It was believed then that the cloud was possibly biological warfare.  Then missiles came up out of the oceans around the United States and exploded all at once.

You don’t blow up dead people.  So what was the point?

Today I was lead back to that prophecy and the meaning is clear.  Liberty and freedom…it is all being taken away, almost overnight.  The Statue of Liberty fought to remain standing but was overcome and perished.  Liberty died across America starting on the East and West coasts and spread from there to the center of the US completely overcoming the US.  After there were no more left to fight for freedom and liberty things got quiet the US was attacked in one big blow.

The sword in the cup was the key to how the US was to lose that freedom, it was destroyed from within.  When the United States is no longer a force for freedom and liberty she is attacked.

There are many that would say to this, just as they did to the word God gave me about Mystery Babylon that the US would be saved, a great revival is coming to the US and anyone that would say otherwise is a false prophet.  I say the church, God’s church, will be saved but God’s Word is very clear that every nation shall be judged (Jer. 25:15-38) including Israel.  Jer. 25:29 says “I begin to bring calamity on the city which is called by My name, and should you be utterly unpunished?”  He will call a sword on all people of the earth.  God says that judgment begins in the house of the Lord.  We can see what is happening in Jerusalem…The United States (Christian Nation) I believe is next before the rest of the world.

Many Christians now believe that we are in the final days before the Lord comes.  So what is our responsibility and what should we be doing?  Why would I write about the destruction of the United States?  The Word of God commands it.  We are supposed to be watching and understanding the times and the seasons.  We are supposed to sound the alert to warn and wake up those that are asleep.  The Bible is full of prophecy and prophecy is there for the purpose of waking us up and getting us involved in reaching others while there is still time.  After the rapture, those that did not wake up will see what prophecy has been telling them and realize that Jesus Christ is their only hope and will die to secure His salvation. 

Psa. 91 declares that those who dwell in the secret place of the Most High will be protected and will not be affected by all of this.  Whether He raptures us first or protects us like the “fiery furnace” we will be covered by Him.  So get the word out...get into the presence of God, get filled with His Spirit, and remain in Him so we are ready and counted worthy to escape what is in sight on the horizon.  Even if you do not believe the message above you must be looking for Him and be ready, you and all you can convince that He is coming at any time now and only those that are prepared will escape.
